we had an amazing stay at the whitewater hotel! the staff were incredibly attentive, especially during breakfast where everything was served quickly. the spa facilities were a lovely treat, and we loved our spacious executive double room with its stunning river views. plus, the afternoon tea was delightful!

I enjoyed the lovely spacious room with beautiful views and the friendly staff made us feel incredibly welcome while we relaxed in the pool and spa area after our spa treatments, making it a perfect getaway for a weekend stroll through nearby attractions like Gummer's How and the Lakes Aquarium.

I had an incredible 2-night stay in a Family Room with Private Bathroom! The spacious room was immaculate and also came with stunning views of the river that made my mornings delightful. Plus, the spa treatments were unbeatable, I left feeling rejuvenated and pampered!

The Whitewater Hotel & Spa boasts beautiful river views and lovely accessible areas, making it easy for seniors like me to navigate. The welcoming decor and serene atmosphere added to the charm of my delightful stay.

More seating in communal areas would enhance comfort.

The stay was thoroughly enjoyable, especially the spa facilities which included a lovely pool and sauna. We celebrated our wedding anniversary, and our room had thoughtful touches like swan towels and rose petals. Dining was a highlight with delicious meals, and the breakfast buffet featured the best scrambled eggs I've ever had. My only complaint would be that the windows in the pool area could use a clean, as the lovely river views were slightly marred by stains.

I got a spa experience and afternoon tea for my bday, and it was memorable! Despite the rain, we were warmly greeted. The spa was lovely, and my facial was top-notch. The afternoon tea was chill and the cakes were nice, but felt a bit ordinary. The breakfast staff seemed overwhelmed, which kinda put a damper on things.
